How did you feel when you woke up this morning? Did you spring out of bed ready to greet the day, or did you want to pull the covers over your head and go back to sleep? Did you feel well rested, or like you could use a few more hours in bed?

Insomnia and poor sleep quality are common problems. Some of you may be having a hard time falling asleep when you go to bed. There are many reasons that people suffer from poor sleep quality. You may have anxiety or worries in your life. You may be afraid of nightmares. You may be dealing with noise. You may have health issues that are keeping you awake. No matter the cause, the problem with poor sleep quality is that it's not just about sleep - it impacts your overall health and wellbeing. It can impact your relationships, work performance, ability to focus, weight, heart health, mental health, and more. It can become a vicious cycle. The less sleep you get, the worse your daytime problems can become (or seem).

Maybe you have only just started to have poor sleep quality, and you can clearly remember what it feels like to wake up refreshed and you want to get that feeling back.
