How is your mental health?  How would you know??


Do you have a churning feeling in your stomach?

Chances are that if you have answered yes to any of the above, that you are suffering from anxiety or stress.  When we feel overwhelmed by everyday life, there is usually a reason, however, sometimes we don't know what that reason is. 
Some people can have symptoms that resemble having a heart attack, and attend A & E and after a series of tests are told that they are not having a heart attack, but they could be having a panic attack, and these attacks can be caused by stress.
