How did you feel when you woke up this morning? Did you spring out of bed ready to greet the day, or did you want to pull the covers over your head and go back to sleep? Did you feel well rested, or like you could use a few more hours in bed?
If you're reading this, you probably said that you wanted to pull the covers over your head and spend a few more hours in bed. If you're not getting quality sleep, you are not alone. Insomnia and poor sleep quality are common problems. Some of you may be having a hard time falling asleep when you go to bed. Others may be waking up throughout the night, and struggling to get back to sleep. Some of you may be dealing with both of these problems!
Maybe you have only just started to have poor sleep quality, and you can clearly remember what it feels like to wake up refreshed and you want to get that feeling back. Or maybe it's been so long since you've slept well that you have forgotten that it's possible to feel good when you wake up. Maybe you think that this is just the way it is.
But it doesn't have to be this way.
